A:- DIGITAL SPINE Thermal Massager is based on the principle of an alternative medicine of Western Chiropractic and Chinese Chuna Method. The alternative Method means "the therapy treating the diseases without administering medication or injection". DIGITAL V3 can be used on the automatic mode with the function of heating, finger pressure, massage and moxibusition for 40 minutes. The effect of the DIGITAL V3 varies from person to person. It is recommended to purchase this product after trying it out at the product center.
Where can I find the product model number?
A:- For DIGTAL V3 and COMMERCIAL BED, it is written on the left side and next to the power connector when you lay down the massager.
I want to transport the product. Is it possible to transport by car?
A:- Yes, it is possible. It can be disassembled and loaded in the back seat of the car.
What is the appropriate temperature for the DIGITAL V3?
A:- The appropriate temperature is in between 45~55℃ .
What is the allowable temperature range for the DIGITAL V3?
A:- The temperature range is in between 30~75℃ .

What is the allowable weight to use the DIGITAL V3?
A:- The customer with the weight of up to 150 kg (330 lb) can use the DIGITAL V3.
I would like to convert the voltage from 220V to 110V. How can I do that?
A:- The voltage conversion of the product is not possible. The customer need to purchase the transformer to convert the voltage. The capacity of the transformer is 1KW.
How many times a day should I use?
A:- It is recommended to use 2 times a day in the morning and in the evening. If you are low in energy, try once a day and then increase the frequency of usage. If you have strong energy, you may use 3 times a day. Using the product steadily is more important than using it frequently.
